Wanderlost

Friday! Well, here it is. This page took longer than I expected. It was an inking challenge, what with all the straight lines and the overlapping objects and my talent for splotting ink here and there with the side of my palm. One way I push myself as an artist is to draw mechanical things. Friends of mine use Sketch Up to work out that stuff, but that never occurs to me until after I have drawn the thing, like, say, NOW as I type this. Adoy.

Anyway, hope y’all had a great Halloween and found a way to enjoy Election Day in the States, regardless of your position. This is the one place on the Internet I don’t get into politics, so I won’t comment here. That’s what my twitter feed and political cartoons are for. One reason I started drawing this webcomic was to get away from the politics, such as they were in 2002, a very heady time indeed. Sheldon et al were a nice break.
